For prescription refills & renewals, please contact your Pharmacy to have them fax us a prescription renewal request.
Please ensure you are calling your Pharmacy 7-10 days PRIOR to the end of your prescription. Not all health care providers are in the office every day.
For new or changes to medication, please do not call the pharmacy, this requires an appointment with your healthcare provider.
From time to time, a medication review will be required for continued renewals. If this is required, the Physician/Care Provider will notify reception to reach out to you to schedule a quick phone appointment.
