Dr Stone & Dr Aikman Green will offer 10 and 15 minute appointments
Moving forward our late arrival policy will be strictly adhered to in an effort to ensure we meet schedule requirements. Late arrivals will be asked to reschedule.
Please leave plenty of time to find parking and arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and if you are unable to attend, please advise our office via phone or email.
Our appointment times are tightly scheduled, and it is unfair to other patients if additional unscheduled people are added on during an appointment or last-minute requests are received. Please be respectful of our time.
Appointment booking via PHONE – Same Day only Monday to Thursday
Over the phone, we offer same day appointments only – phones answered 9AM to 2PM
We have multiple phone lines open at 9AM – please if you experience a system issue or are placed on hold for more than 5 minutes, hang up and call back.
By not booking appointments ahead (unless requested by the provider specifically) our schedules have more than 30% availability each day. To ensure that we have all phone lines open to receive calls for appointments between 9AM-2PM, we no longer have a voicemail option.

We are pleased to offer online booking to our patients.
Booking with our providers is availab on the NEW booking platform. No username/password required. Please have your healthcard number available to sign in and schedule an appointment.

We understand this can be frustrating and appreciate your patience as we work to see as many patients as possible on a daily basis.
